To be Let, by Proposal,
For a Term of Seven Years,
ALL that MILK FARM, situate in Cuerdale, in the A County of Lancaster, and within two and half miles of Preston, containing 51A. 28. 21r. customary measure, (seven yards to the Rod,) or thereabouts, now in the occupation of James Spencer.
The Proposals may be left with Mr. WILLIAM VALENTINE, of Cuerdale, aforesaid; or at the Office of CROSS and FORREST, Winckley Street, Preston, where further particulars may be obtained. The Taker will be declared on Saturday, the 10th December next.
