Bamber Bridge Library Bamber Bridge Library is the nearest for residents of
Walton le Dale.

Membership is free and entitles the member to use of any Lancashire Library.

The Library is currently running two free computer courses in conjunction with Lancashire College on Saturday afternoons.

Dog Kennel Wood consists of mainly broad-leaved Woodland. There is parking in the nearby area.

The church building is particularly interesting as it shows the influence of many generations upon it. In 1503 Ralph Langton died and by will bequeathed 20 marks ‘towards the making and repairing of the Low church if parishioners will build the same’. [more...]

There is a Café/Restaurant on site at the Sue Ryder Home in Cuerden Hall.
